TMS Innovation Transportation One announced the in-house launch of T1TAN TMS in March 2024, signaling a strategic move to control tech-enabled efficiency. This presents an opportunity to position derivative services, integrations, and support for clients seeking seamless multi-modal logistics with enhanced visibility and control.

Scale & Reach With 51-200 employees and revenue in the 25–50 million range, Transportation One sits between smaller boutique brokers and larger, tech-driven incumbents. Target mid-market shippers and carriers looking for personalized service combined with scalable technology-enabled solutions.

Tech Stack Leverage Their use of modern platforms (Squarespace, WordPress, NetSuite, Shopify/WooCommerce, Google Workspace, Adobe) suggests openness to integration, automation, and CRM enhancements. A cross-sell of supply chain analytics, e-commerce fulfillment, or seamless LMS training could add value for customers.

Industry Recognition Historical recognition by Transport Topics and partnerships (FreightRover) indicate credibility and growth trajectory. Leverage prestige in outreach to prospective shippers and carriers seeking proven brokers with a track record of scalability and digital collaboration.

Growth Opportunities Recent activity and expansion into international markets, plus a robust freight brokerage footprint, present opportunities to target shippers expanding cross-border or needing multi-modal, cost-effective freight solutions. Focus on customer segments needing worry-free shipping at predictable prices and strong carrier relationships.
