Trent College operates a group of co-educational independent schools, including the senior campus, its Junior School, and The Elms Nursery, based in Long Eaton on the border between Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. It educates pupils from six weeks to 18 years, blending traditional schooling with modern facilities on a 45-acre campus centered by a historic main building. Founded in 1868, the schools pursue a rigorous academic program alongside a broad array of extra-curricular opportunities designed to develop confidence, curiosity, and resilience.

The wellbeing of pupils is central to the approach, with care and support supplemented by cultural exchanges, community partnerships, overseas visits, and extensive careers guidance to help students engage with the world beyond the campus.
