Tri-Area Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Recognized Health Quality Leader. 

We have four established clinics in Ferrum, Floyd, Laurel Fork, and Grayson County. Additionally, we have pharmacies connected to both our Ferrum and Laurel Fork facilities. We are also in the process of establishing a new clinic in Baywood.

We carry out our mission by increasing access to affordable health care that is delivered locally, reducing the incidence of preventable illness and injuries, and improving patient self-management of treatable health conditions.

Our focus is to meet the healthcare needs of the rural communities located in central southwest Virginia, including the communities in Carroll County, Floyd County, Franklin County, Patrick County, and the Ferrum College community.
