Over the years we have built a corporate culture of attention to detail, customer service and pride in our performance. Our installers and service techs are just nice clean-cut people. Our dispatchers understand your time constraints and are genuinely interested in your welfare. Corporately we give drug tests, we do background investigations and we check the driving record of every new employee to maintain our standards. For our employees, we give vacation time, a health plan or dental plan, uniforms for installers and service techs and a 401k in which we contribute. Today we employ 30 people and do over 3 million in sales with our specialty being residential replacement and heat pump service. All of our installations are put in to TVA standards and we read the airflows before the job is started and after the job is completed. We offer and promote maintenance agreements of which we have over 2300 in affect. This helps us level the peaks and valleys that occur in this seasonally driven business. Our service technicians are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified to the heat pump installation or heat pump service level. We continue to train in this fast paced industry. Today we employ 30 people and do over 3 million in sales with our specialty being residential replacement and heat pump service.
