We are the medical home to more than 22,000 area residents and make quality, affordable health care available to everyone who needs it, regardless of their ability to pay.

Tri-City Health Center's comprehensive primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care services are designed for family members of all ages. Rather than simply treating illnesses, we focus on keeping patients healthy. We also help patients manage chronic disease with education, medication, nutrition, and counseling. 78% of our 22,000 patients lie at or below the poverty line, so we strive to offer affordable and accessible health care to the most vulnerable individuals in our community. By doing this, we believe we are able to narrow health disparities among population groups, reduce the effects of chronic disease, as well as prevent unnecessary and costly hospitalizations.
