Triangle Math and Science Academy (TMSA) is a K-12 public charter school authorized under North Carolina Charter School Law in Wake County. Located in Raleigh, North Carolina, the school operates as a tuition-free, privately governed nonprofit that enrolls students through open admission with no discrimination or religious affiliation. TMSA plans a curriculum grounded in inquiry-based, research-supported methods and is designed to serve a broad student population, including at-risk learners and academically gifted students, with continued emphasis on supporting student achievement through tutoring and preparation for competitions.

As part of the education administration landscape, TMSA aligns with a sister institution known for similar programmatic approaches and aims to expand access to disciplined, standards-based learning in the region. The school’s stated goal is to grow from an initial cohort to serve a larger segment of Wake County students, with a framework that includes after-school and weekend tutoring to assist students in meeting academic requirements and excelling in regional, statewide, national, and international contests.
