The principals of TriCor have more than 80 combined years of experience in the background screening industry.  They were instrumental in creating and growing what is now one of the largest employment screening firms in the country when background screening was in its’ infancy in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.  They formed TriCor Employment Screening in 1999.

Each of our department supervisors has Bachelor of Arts Degree and at least twelve years of experience in the employment background screening field.
