Trident General Contracting, founded in December 2017 is an Open-Shop Concrete Foundation and Concrete Super-Structure contractor. Trident was formed through the purchase of Advanced Contracting Solutions’ assets, contracts, and operates with many of the professionals that gave ACS a stellar reputation. In its first year, ACS completed work in excess of $90M; a culmination of several successful projects in the NYC metropolitan area. Our clients are some of the most prominent property developers in New York City: Related Properties, Acadia Realty, Tishman Speyer, OneX and Toll Brothers.
