Trillium serves Oregon Health Plan members through the Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) model, connecting members to a network of healthcare providers for medical, dental, behavioral and mental health services. We also offer Trillium Advantage, a Medicare Advantage plan with prescription drug coverage. Trillium Advantage is available to those who qualify for Medicaid through the state of Oregon and are eligible for Medicare. Our 56,000 members live in Lane, Western Douglas and Western Linn counties, and in Clackamas, Washington and Multnomah counties.
