Trinion Quality Care Services, Inc. is the Alaska leader in individualized care. We are locally and women-owned and have been in business in Anchorage for more than 12 years. 

Trinion is dedicated to providing quality care and personalized services for seniors, disabled Alaskans and people who are recovering from an injury, surgery or illness. We also provide individual support specialists who work with developmentally delayed youth and adults.  

Our services include non-medical personal care assistance, household chore services and respite for the primary caregiver. Duties range from hands-on assistance for daily living needs to companionship, transportation and short-term recovery care at home. Trinion respects your choices and earns your trust through reliable, compassionate care. Our primary client base is located in  Anchorage and the Matanuska-Susitna Valley.

We are authorized by the State of Alaska to provide services to the following Medicaid Program recipients;  OA, APD, MRDD, and CCMC Waiver clients; and both Agency Based Personal Care Assistance (PCA)  and Consumer Directed PCA.  A long-standing member of the National Private Duty Association, Trinion also provides services to self-paying clients and long-term care policy holders.

Trust comes first. That's why we have a professional Client Services Team that oversees each person’s plan for care. Employing experienced CNAs, Certified PCAs, and Trinion Caregivers; client needs are matched with our caregivers' skills and experience to ensure that customer choice and trust are honored. Our caregivers are trained internally, screened, insured and supervised. We pay caregivers for training and offer them medical benefits.
