Trinity Factors was established in Edinburgh in 1976 and has grown steadily through its ethos of excellence in customer service. We are generally regarded and widely recognised as being one of Scotland ’s leading firms of Property Managers. 

Today we have a staff of 40, from qualified Property Managers and office staff through to our own maintenance team, all dedicated to looking after our clients’ properties. Many are members of relevant professional organisations including the Chartered Insurance Institute, The Institute of Residential Property Management and The Institute of Business Administration. Our Managing Director is a Past President of the Property Managers Association (Scotland) Ltd. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for insurance business.

Our principal office is at 209-211 Bruntsfield Place in Edinburgh and we have a branch at 1 South Mount Street in Aberdeen. The Company manages over 6000 properties; blocks of flats and estates of houses on behalf of mutual owners and individual properties for residential letting. We also manage many retirement flats complexes. Several were built by McCarthy & Stone and enjoy the services of a dedicated House Manager. While the core of our portfolio is within and around both Edinburgh and Aberdeen, we increasingly manage properties throughout Scotland. We manage 2 very comfortable holiday cottages (Scottish Tourist Board 4 stars) at Loch Portain on North Uist in the Hebrides for holiday lets.
