At Trinity Family Law, P.C., we take a client-centered approach to help families transform. If a marriage is ending, we provide divorce mediation services and legal representation using processes that are non-adversarial, specifically uncontested and Collaborative. For couples coming together, we guide them to create co-habitation agreements and/or pre-nuptial agreements so that trust can be maintained with clear boundaries and healthy communication. When married people want this type of clarity, we help them negotiate and enter “mid-marriage” agreements, also called post-nuptial agreements. Respectful Divorce We begin by listening to a prospective client’s story and educating them about process options. We help them choose an option to meet their needs. We believe that people know their situation best and that when they can communicate their needs and goals, the solutions that they generate are much better than the outcome they would get in a courtroom. We focus on settlement and the processes that support settlement. Since the firm was founded in 2002, we have been committed to empowering our clients and keeping them out of court.
