Triple C Housing’s mission is to create permanent supportive housing opportunities coupled with innovative support services empowering individuals and families to live with dignity and fulfill their utmost potential. For 45 years, Triple C Housing has supported the most vulnerable individuals and families break the cycle of homelessness or institutionalization by developing and delivering high quality, affordable housing and providing exceptional community based care. 

As a mission-driven Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), Triple C Housing has a distinct niche for the supportive services provision in LIHTC projects in partnership with prominent developers.  Triple C’s expertise in serving special needs populations, along with their vast knowledge in housing and community development, and property management, sets them apart from other service providers.  In addition, their development team has been a lead applicant accessing the National Housing Trust Fund to develop multi-family, luxury affordable housing with ongoing expansion underway.  Triple C’s expertise encompasses new construction, rehabilitation and renovation of historic buildings, condominium and multi-family renovations.  Triple C values DEI principles and is committed to working with our partners to support BIPOC vendors and contractors.  

With offices located in Middlesex and Ocean Counties, Triple C Housing is a well-founded, grass-roots organization that has helped to make the dream of living independently with dignity become a reality for those they serve throughout New Jersey.
