Founded in 2015, TriSpan is a private equity firm with offices in New York and London supporting middle market companies. Rising Stars I & II: growth equity platform dedicated to the restaurant industry. We have a broad mandate to take primarily majority stakes in companies wishing to accelerate their growth ambitions. We target concepts with 10+ units and $1-$10m in EBITDA. Our portfolio companies include: NAYA, Maman, Yardbird, Rosa Mexicano, Rosa's Thai Café, Thunderbird Fried Chicken, Stacked, L'Atelier, Mowgli and Pho.
