We are proud to feature nationally recognized programs, including:

ATA Tigers for preschoolers, Karate for Kids, Taekwondo for Adults, led by certified black belt instructors through the American Taekwondo Association (ATA).

In addition to Taekwondo, TRIUMPH offers an outstanding Krav Maga program as a partner affiliate of the Krav Maga Federation-AC. We were Iowa’s first Carlos Machado Jiu-Jitsu affiliate, offering world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction designed to help adults achieve their fitness, self-defense, and confidence goals.
