We are an industry agnostic specialty finance firm that provides private financing and advisory services to operating companies located within the United States. Trivium’s management team has extensive Executive Leadership, Merger and Acquisition, Corporate Finance, and Operating experience across multiple industries.
Trivium provides the following services to growth stage operating companies:

Corporate Acquisitions – Trivium provides an exit strategy to owners of growth stage companies that have annual EBITDA between $1mm – $5mm. We target acquisitions that will provide a liquidity event for current owners while also providing an opportunity for them to see their company achieve its growth potential through the addition of capital and management expertise.

Asset-Backed Lending – Trivium’s asset-backed lending program provides capital to owners of assets who are in need additional funding. The Trivium team has extensive experience in banking and private lending across a wide range of asset classes. We take a creative approach to deal structuring and we seek to quickly move projects through underwriting and syndication so that owners can focus on growing their core business. Our target market is $5mm – $20mm loans, with the ability to fund larger qualifying projects on a deal by deal basis.

Advisory Services – Trivium’s advisory services assist growth stage operating companies that desire to scale their operations, prepare for a financing, or develop an exit strategy. We realize that every business opportunity comes down to the people involved and the trust that can be developed in any business relationship. We focus first and foremost on relationships and we seek to add value wherever we are able to help a company reach its full growth potential.
