Troia & Associates provides counseling and litigation services to condominiums, cooperatives, commercial and residential property owners and real estate investment companies with substantial holdings throughout New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties. We counsel and represent our Clients in all aspects of corporate, litigation and transactional matters. The scope of our representation includes the drafting of amendments to organizational documents, negotiating vendor and construction/capital improvement contracts, employee disciplinary and termination procedures, commercial leasing and all litigation matters including actions required to enforce the terms of condominium, cooperative, commercial and rental tenant occupancy agreements. Additionally, our firm handles closings and refinances for both commercial and residential properties. Our years of experience enable our firm to deal with the wide variety of legal issues that our Clients may encounter.
