True North Goodwill is a nonprofit organization focused on providing employment and employment support services to individuals facing barriers to work. Based in Duluth, Minnesota, and founded in 1919 as one of the earliest Goodwill organizations, it operates across northwestern Wisconsin with a network of retail stores and a mission geared toward helping people secure and maintain employment while promoting environmental stewardship through reuse and recycling of donations. The organization serves an annual cohort of about 250 individuals and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing surrounding communities. Its work sits within the broader nonprofit sector, leveraging its service model to address workforce inclusion and community sustainability without emphasizing commercial fundraising or product sales.” } } } { } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } }
