T&S Structural is a mid-sized structural engineering firm, appreciated for its smart, innovative, and efficient structural solutions. T&S Structural have a Central Coast office located in San Luis Obispo and a Southern California office located in Pasadena.  However, they have S.E. and P.E. licensing in multiple states across the U.S. and in the U.K., allowing them to engineer structures across the nation and internationally when needed.  They also have LEED AP's and engineers with geotechnical, construction, and construction management experience; and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and VectorWorks, allowing flexibility in working with a variety of clients and client needs.  These unique attributes allow them to undertake a wide variety of structural engineering projects with confidence and with value to the client.

With their extensive and diverse expertise, and focus on constructability and efficiency in design, they are known for their ability to meet the full requirements of the Building Code while providing solutions that can cost much less to construct than what may be provided by others.
