With more than 50 years of combined experience as Public Safety and Technology Systems practitioners, the members of TSSI have partnered with many public safety organizations to define their system requirements and secure the best technology to meet their needs. From assessing current operations, to developing functional specifications for the procurement process, to implementation support, TSSI addresses our clients’ needs throughout the project. Our clients meet their mission with systems that are robust, dynamic, and capable of innovative solutions into the future. 
Our principals come from military, the public sector, and the 9-1-1 communications environment. Our experience includes Law Enforcement, Fire/Rescue, Jail Management, EMS, and Emergency Communications technology.
TSSI core competencies revolve around our experience. While most organizations undertake enterprise-changing projects once in a decade, we have performed the range and scope of projects within our core competencies many times.
Our personal core values led us to start our own company, dedicated and committed to the success of our clients.  We are a small company because we choose to maintain the level of engagement with our clients that fosters enduring personal and professional associations. By limiting the size of our company, we are also able to control our costs and keep our rates more affordable for our clients.
