Fourth-Quarter 2025 Financial Highlights Revenues of $146.7 million increased 9% from the fourth quarter of 2024 Loss from continuing operations was $15.3 million, inclusive of $18.7 million of unusual charges Loss per share from continuing operations was $0.11 while Adjusted net income per share was $0.02, excluding unusual charges Adjusted EBITDA was $20.4 million Net cash provided by operating activities was $31.7 million - materially above the prior sequential quarter and the fourth quarter of 2024; Adjusted free cash flow was $3.1 million and base business adjusted free cash flow was exceptionally strong at $21.8 million.
