TFT is an independent commercial building consultancy which places the performance of buildings and the wellbeing of people at the heart of its work. We provide development, built assets, engineering and sustainability advice to commercial property investors, developers, owners and occupiers. Having launched our Redefining Building Performance research in 2021, TFT identified a gap: our industry holds ambitions for more healthy, sustainable and flexible assets, but is not taking the right steps to achieve them. Combining our findings with our in-house knowledge, we help our clients and wider industry to close that gap with better measurement and closer collaboration across the building lifecycle.
