Tulsa Ports operates one of the largest multi-modal shipping complexes and industrial parks in the Midwest, with sites in Catoosa and Inola, Oklahoma. Collectively spanning about 5,000 acres, the facilities host roughly 70 companies engaged in manufacturing and distribution of products such as steel, fertilizer, industrial gas, wheat, and consumer goods. The complex functions as an inland river-port and industrial hub in the region and generates more than $300 million in annual economic impact for the state of Oklahoma. 

In 2019 the organization expanded with a second site in Inola, featuring a rail-served property of about 2,000 acres and land available in contiguous sections up to 1,500 acres. Tulsa Ports is managed by the City of Tulsa-Rogers County Port Authority and provides development services through Tulsa’s Port of Catoosa Facilities Authority, including arrangements to develop property and lease it back. In January 2025, Deanne Dutton Hughes was named chair of the City of Tulsa - Rogers County Port Authority Board.
