Tupler Inc. or Diastasis Rehab, is owned and operated by Julie Tupler, RN. For over 20 years Julie has dedicated her life to educating the public on the treatment of diastasis recti with the Tupler Technique®. A diastasis recti is the separation of the outermost abdominal muscles. This causes a protruding belly and belly button on women, men and children as well as back pain. The Tupler Technique® is the only research-based exercise program that can heal this condition. Julie is a Registered Nurse, childbirth educator and certified fitness instructor. She developed the Maternal Fitness® Program in 1990 and for the past 20 years has been teaching and developing the  Tupler Technique® Program.  During this time, she developed a substantial and loyal client base, wrote two bestselling books (Maternal Fitness & Lose Your Mummy Tummy), produced DVDs of the same name and developed the Diastasis Rehab Splint®.  She is on the advisory board of Fit Pregnancy, Women’s Health Foundation and the Women’s Sports Foundation. She is a frequent speaker at medical and fitness conferences. 
Julie will work with you on an individual basis at her office or in your home or via skype. She will see you for one session, the six program or as many sessions as you would like to have.
Julie is now licensing the Tupler Technique® programs (Diastasis Rehab, Perfect Pushing and Ab Rehab) programs and products to medical and fitness professionals all over the world.
