Turner Brothers operates under Turner Behringer Holdings, a Waco-based real estate group formed in February 2019 through the consolidation of several local firms in real estate, property management, construction, and development. The holding company comprises three entities—Turner Behringer Real Estate, Turner Behringer Property Management, and Turner Behringer Development—each absorbing other regional firms as part of the merger in Central Texas. Turner Behringer Development has been active in downtown Waco, delivering more than 200,000 square feet of commercial and residential space and developing projects such as Tinsley Square, Altura Luxury Lofts, and The Lofts at Franklin Square. The group has also created retail and restaurant spaces in the area, including UParks Village, West Bay, and Union Hall. Before the merger, the team contributed to downtown revitalization with more than 600,000 square feet of development and about $100 million in investment across over 22 projects spanning main-street redevelopment, urban lofts, multi-family housing, mixed-use, office, and a historic theatre rehabilitation.
