In 2010, the Turnkey Construction & Roofing (Turnkey) vision came into reality when husband/wife team Deanna Novarro-Ek and Karl Ek decided to create a construction and roofing company whose mission was to provide property managers and building owners with a “one-stop-shop” service offering to eliminate the need for multiple vendors and contracts. Their business model was simple: one company and one line of communication to ensure the most “Turnkey” solution for a wide variety of property types. 

Since then, the Atlanta-based, woman-owned business has grown to servicing capital projects totaling more than $1 million and covering all commercial building types and multi-family dwellings.

With more than 50 years of combined experience in commercial and residential construction, Turnkey has the knowledge and expertise to handle any project, no matter the size or complexity. Our team is focused on following a set of disciplined management practices to ensure that all projects are managed smoothly and meet the highest construction standards.

Turnkey offers an array of commercial construction services including, but not limited to, interior office and office warehouse fit-outs, maintenance, disaster recovery work, and roofing systems, with a special focus on industrial flat roofs.
