Tuthilltown Spirits is a small beverage manufacturer based in Gardiner, New York, operating a farm distillery in the Hudson Valley. It traces its heritage to being New York's first whiskey distillery since Prohibition, and its spirits are produced from raw grain and fruit without added flavors or colors and without chill or carbon filtration. The portfolio includes a range of HUDSON-branded whiskeys—Baby Bourbon, Manhattan Rye, Single-Malt, New York Whiskey, Government Warning Rye, and New York Corn—as well as Indigenous Apple Vodka made from locally pressed fresh apple cider and Half Moon Orchard Gin.

It operates within the beverage manufacturing sector and serves retailers and consumers seeking traditional, craft-distilled spirits with a regional provenance. The lineup combines multiple whiskey styles with fruit- and orchard-derived offerings, reflecting an emphasis on local ingredients and hands-on production in the Hudson Valley.
