Founded in 1998, TwinRock, together with high net-worth, ultra high net-worth, family offices and institutional  partners, has invested nearly $500 million in 2.2 million square feet of residential and commercial assets and 2,200 acres of residential land.

TwinRock and affiliates have invested in multi-family, office, industrial, retail, self-storage, mixed-use, residential tract developments, residential condominium developments or conversions, and land entitlement and development properties.  

Over the past few years and as one of the first entrants into the residential rental market, the firm has invested approximately $50 million throughout the Western United States.
