Tylock-George Eye Care and LASIK is a full service refractive surgery and cataract surgery medical practice in Irving, Texas. Tylock-George Eye Care also focuses on providing the latest technology in Advanced Lens Cataract Surgery. We offer lens choices from Tecnis, Crystalens,  Symfony, ReStor, Trulign, and Toric astigmatism correction lenses. 

Beyond LASIK and cataract surgery, the doctors at Tylock-George Eye Care evaluate patients with more specific surgery needs, as well as routine eye care treatments. We offer pterygium surgery to correct conjunctiva growth. Our eye surgeons also offer EVO ICL or implantable collamer lens surgery. This lens is placed between the natural lens and provides similar vision correction to LASIK for people with advanced prescriptions. We also treat acute dry eye with the new technology LipiFlow.

Tylock George is the official LASIK surgeons for the Texas Rangers. We have an advanced network of referring optometrists who refer LASIK and cataract.
