Tyr Fitness endeavors to provide high quality, affordable personal and group fitness training. We believe that everyone can find a path to be the strongest, fittest version of themselves. We strive to cut through the fitness myths and those who profit from them. We mean it sincerely when we say, "Truth yields results" and we are results oriented. We hold to no single mode of training, but embrace a variety of training methods that are tested and proven. We seek innovation to improve results but we don't chase fads. We believe in building relationships with our clientele and with our community. 

Beyond these ambitious statements what we believe in most is very simple. Each client is our most important client. Every client is our direct responsibility. We have been entrusted as experts to help coach them to maximize one of their most important assets; their health. That means we take proper time and effort to interview and physically assess them for appropriateness in training and in program design. It means we listen to them when they speak to us. It means we observe them so that when pride or embarrassment or fear is a barrier to verbal communication we can keep them safe, or keep them progressing. It means that no one is judged for inexperience or fitness level or age or goal. It means that we view it as a personal failure of our mission if we are the cause of someone getting injured or otherwise giving up on their fitness journey.
Our sincerity in this mission is serious and we take it seriously, but we very much believe in having fun. It is our goal and our history to watch clients learn to love fitness. We want that for you too.
