Active Duty/Veteran owned and operated at Ubora our mission is to strive for excellence in every cup, starting from the bean and ending with your final sip. It is not just about an extraordinary cup of coffee, it is about the experience of bringing people together and creating long lasting relationships.
All the owners are currently serving in the United States Navy, they are committed to the service of others and improving lives. They understand the struggles and needs of both an enterprise such as the Navy, as well as the individuals involved. They are very passionate about coffee and during their time in Europe they understood the joys of quality over quantity that quality is not a luxury, but a way of life. These are core values that they will put forth in this enterprise, along with transparency, and community impact in mind.
Their goal is to work with the community, with local businesses, and market venues to locally source local goods throughout the city. The achievement of these goals will be by giving back to the community in the form of improving public spaces, volunteering programs, events, and supporting the arts by promoting local artist and making their craft available for customer purchase.
