Welcome to the DeVos Sport Business Management Graduate Program at the University of Central Florida, a top-tier, globally ranked sport business program. DeVos provides a unique, team-based integrative business approach, real-world experience, and access to an extensive global sports network. The late Richard and Helen DeVos, the namesakes and founders of the program, believed in preparing graduates with the skills to succeed in the competitive sports industry. Their commitment has elevated UCF’s program to national and global prominence. Students in the DeVos program have the opportunity to earn both their Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and Master’s in Sport Business Management (MSBM) while gaining valuable industry experience. We also offer an undergraduate Minor in Sport Business Management. Coursework emphasizes leadership, innovation, finance, international business, strategic management, accounting, and marketing. The program leverages Orlando and Central Florida–area sports organizations as an integrated living classroom. Students follow a rigorous two-year academic schedule that keeps the cohort together, combining core business administration courses with specialized sport business classes. Experiential projects with local sports organizations allow students to work alongside world-class industry leaders and build a strong network that supports long-term career opportunities. The DeVos MBA/Sport Business Management program admits students from around the world based on academic success, professional experience, community service, teamwork, and other qualities that demonstrate their fit for the program.
