Uelzena eG is a dairy cooperative in the food and beverage manufacturing industry, headquartered in Uelzen, Lower Saxony, Germany. Recent organizational and capacity developments include the appointment of a new Managing Director of Production and Technology in January 2023 and investments in spray-drying facilities announced in 2020 and 2021.
