Established in 2011 by President Vanessa Uzan, UIA Talent Agency is an entertainment enterprise with an industry-leading reputation of excellence in representing a multifaceted and diverse roster of artists, spanning classical singers for opera and concert, actors for stage and screen, directors, conductors, composers, librettists, and playwrights. In 2014, UIA expanded into the theatre, film, and television sectors, culminating in its rebranding as UIA Talent Agency in 2019.  This pivotal transformation also saw the launch of a literary division, representing composers and librettists for opera as well as writers and producers across stage, screen, and television.

In 2023, the merger with ADA Artist Management further strengthened UIA's position, uniting top-tier music and literary representatives. ADA, founded in 2004, distinguished itself as an artist-led and artist-focused firm, committed to nurturing all performers from emerging to internationally acclaimed, spanning multiple genres and disciplines.

The following year, in 2024, UIA expanded further by partnering with industry veteran Christopher D. Silveri, who joined as Vice President & Partner in the Film, Television and Theatre division. After a decade in casting and representation, he founded Center Stage Management in 2017, serving clients on both coasts with a specialty in Film and Television.

These strategic alliances have elevated UIA Talent Agency into a premier, all-encompassing force in entertainment, offering cross-genre representation and unmatched opportunities for dynamic artists.
