Uinta Brewing Company is a Salt Lake City-based craft brewer that began in a small renovated mechanic's garage in winter 1993, initially distributing beer locally in keg form. Demand led to the installation of a bottling line in 1996 and subsequent facility expansions, culminating in a dedicated 26,000-square-foot brewing complex and a second building in 2013. Named after a Utah mountain range, the brewery's beers often reflect the state's landscapes and history, with varieties such as Cutthroat Pale Ale, Golden Spike Hefeweizen, and Dubhe drawing on regional imagery.

Operating in the food and beverage services industry, Uinta produces a portfolio of beers that has remained in production over the years, appealing to local and regional beer enthusiasts seeking locally made offerings. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, the company has grown within Utah's craft beer market since its founding in 1993. In mid-2023, the company announced the departure of its president, marking a notable leadership change in its recent history.
