Ultimate Peace is a nonprofit organization operating in the spectator sports sector, centered on using the sport of Ultimate Frisbee to foster peace-building and character development among youth. The program targets Arab Israeli, Palestinian, and Israeli Jewish communities, aiming to build bridges of friendship, trust, and leadership through year-round activities that blend sport with values-based education. Based in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, the organization traces its origins to 2008 and has since developed residential camps, school-year programs, and a youth leadership component that together support ongoing engagement across diverse communities. The initiative began with a cross-community event in Israel and the West Bank and has since expanded to Camp UP in Acco, Israel, with multiple sessions and a growing cadre of teen leaders guiding participants. A recent emphasis is maintaining continuity through structured programs and leadership development to sustain its mission of empowering youth to act as agents of positive change in their region.
