UNI Credit Union is a private Credit Union located next to the University of Northern Iowa campus in Cedar Falls, Iowa. We are a member-owned and member-controlled financial cooperative. We provide services and benefits exclusively to our members. Unlike a traditional bank, the Credit Union is a not-for-profit organization whose philosophy is "People Helping People." If you, or any member of your family, work for the University of Northern Iowa or the Cedar Falls Community School District, you are eligible for membership. Alumni and students of the University of Northern Iowa also qualify for membership. Opening an account requires a $5.00 deposit which is held for the duration of your membership.
