Unicare Community Health Center (UCHC) is a nonprofit organization that provides multi-services such as medical, dental and behavioral health. Our mission is to be a community healthcare organization that treats everyone with dignity, respect and cultural sensitivity to help create an environment in which all can prosper.

Our services and programs are offered in 13 facilities located in Ontario, Colton, Corona, East Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley, Riverside and Pomona cities.

We offer services, such as:

- Behavioral Health

Along with a wide range of medical services, UCHC also offers a diverse selection of programs that are funded by the federal and state government.

Our duty is to serve the unmet healthcare needs of low-income persons and their families, and provide effective integration of services to complement plans for delivery of quality patient care.
