UnidosUS, the largest national Latino civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States, operates as a non-profit based in Washington, DC. It was formerly known as the National Council of La Raza (NCLR). The organization conducts applied research, policy analysis, and advocacy to advance opportunities for Latinos, addressing civil rights and immigration, education, health, housing and financial empowerment, racial equity, voting and political empowerment, and workforce development. UnidosUS coordinates a network of affiliated community-based organizations under the #AffiliatesUnidos banner, enabling work at the state and local levels and reaching millions of Latinos across the United States and Puerto Rico. It provides these Affiliates with capacity-building support to strengthen programs and expand opportunities for individuals and families. In 2025, the organization partnered with Hart Research Firm to engage Latino college students and recent graduates nationwide.
