UDSMR, based in Buffalo, New York, provides products and services that help rehabilitation providers document the severity of patient disability and track rehabilitation outcomes in a uniform manner. In 2018, UDSMR partnered with Cerner to advance technology through centralized and standardized integration intended to improve workflows for inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
