Unione Industriali Torino is a voluntary association of territorial enterprises affiliated with Confindustria, focused on representing, protecting, promoting, and developing member companies and their interests. It traces its roots to 1906, when it was founded in Turin as Lega Industriale, with Confindustria arising from it in 1910. Based in Torino, Piemonte, the organization groups 24 sectors and represents about 2,300 companies employing around 150,000 people, spanning traditional industries such as metalworking, textiles, chemicals, leather, and graphics to modern fields like robotics, aerospace, ICT, and services. It provides a broad range of services beyond advocacy, including education and training, safety, environment, quality, tax guidance, internationalization, and corporate finance for its members. In October 2024, BPER Banca partnered with Unione Industriali Torino to support industry dialogue and sustainability initiatives, linked to a conference on the nautical sector.
