Unipol is a charity working nationally in the UK to improve training, standards and professionalism in student housing.

Unipol operates a number of Accommodation Bureaux and websites designed specifically for the local market they are directed at. We currently operate bureaus in Leeds, Nottingham and Bradford.

Unipol is the main national trainer in the niche area of student accommodation. Unipol Training runs over 40 events every year for all those involved in student accommodation provision throughout the United Kingdom.

Unipol is also part of a consortium that operates two governement approved national accreditation schemes larger student developments.
