There are many property preservation management companies out there. We at United National Property Preservation Group (UNPPG) believe we are the best.  We have been in operation for over 6 years and we pride ourselves on being client-focused and consider our vendors to be our biggest assets.

We believe that our relationship with our vendors should be one of partnership, not an adversarial one. We rely on each other to succeed. We do everything we can to promote our mutual success. While together we must meet the needs of our clients, we understand that things happen in the field (spikes in workload, equipment and staffing issues, weather, vacation time, etc.).

We prefer to allow our vendors to manage their workloads themselves and to tell us when they need help in meeting our clients’ needs. And we reward our contractors for the work they do.  When a contractor places bids on a property, upon approval we always give back the bid to the contractor who placed the bid, provided they are able to do the work.  We won’t hand it over to another contractor.  We believe in building and fostering good relationships with you, our contractors, the lifeblood of our company.

We are available and accessible to our vendors during normal business hours and extended hours. We strive to have our phones answered live, and by someone who can assist you, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Sunday through Friday. We are also working toward extending these hours of availability. While we are a fast-growing company, and are hiring many new people, we train our staff quickly and ensure they are knowledgeable in meeting our clients’ and vendors’ needs. Each client team has a Supervisor who can assist you, when necessary, for escalated issues.  Do not hesitate to seek them out when you think it important for you to do the job right.
