United Resource Connection Incorporated provides a cloud-based, turnkey platform for IT services and IT consulting that helps social service resource providers coordinate across agencies to serve distressed adults, children, and families. The platform creates a single entry point for providers and recipients to access information and services within their local community, improving awareness of available resources. Directories are generated by zip code and presented in multiple languages, and the organization is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Each local deployment includes a pre-populated Community Resource Directory with resource links and downloads, and communities can add area-specific resources. Administrators can approve, edit, or block links and may delegate duties to others, with toll-free support and email assistance available to guide customization.
