At United Way of Greater Stark County, our mission is to build our community's capacity to alleviate the impact of poverty and empower families to unleash their potential.  We envision a community where all children realize their full potential.  

Some of the neighborhoods are likely within a few miles of children and families living in areas of high need with lower measures of child well-being.  Our work supports strong starts for kids to prevent or lessen the impacts of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).  

We work with local agencies to help our most vulnerable children in neighborhood schools, providing services to meet the needs of families with young children to set the foundation for strong futures.

With a legacy of more than 100 years, United Way of Greater Stark County is a trusted name and valuable resource in the community.
