The mission of Universal Barber College is to be the most comprehensive program to offer educational knowledge, practical, and technical skills in a timely, professional manner, in a pleasant atmosphere and at a reasonable cost to our students. We continually strive to improve our skills and services by continuing the education of our staff and Barber Instructors to enable our students to not only qualify and pass the state barber exam, but to have a unique edge on the competition. Our experienced Barber Instructors facilitate licensed graduates in successfully obtaining suitable employment in the Barber Stylist field.

Universal Barber College is licensed by the Arizona Board of Barbers. The curriculum is designed to enhance the student’s learning. The program consists of two elements: Classroom setting: students learn the theory of Barbering Practicum Setting: students have hands-on experience with the public for developing hair cutting, shaving and chemical usage skills.
