University Community Health Services offers health care for the entire family from pregnancy to child birth and through geriatrics. We see patients in our network of clinics in Davidson County, in schools, and we can see home bound patients in their homes. We are also on site in the workplace caring for employees and their families.

Don’t wait in an Emergency Room somewhere for earaches, toothaches, sore throats, colds, flu. Let us help you get hassle free access to the care you need. You will be seen the same day if you are sick.

The most efficient way for us to care for you is if you call before coming to arrange the visit. We will see you as a Walk in patient also. Once you are a patient of ours, a nurse practitioner is available on call to help you after hours and on the weekends. We see patients regardless of their ability to pay. If you do not have health insurance, your copay or coinsurance will be based upon your income. A sliding scale fee is available for any patients without insurance.
