University District Food Bank is a Seattle-based nonprofit focused on reducing hunger in the Northeast Seattle area by ensuring reliable access to healthy food and related resources. The organization runs several programs, including a walk-in food bank four days a week, a home-delivery service for people who cannot visit in person, a weekend backpack program at 14 nearby public schools, and a weekly pantry at North Seattle College. It maintains a rooftop farm that provides produce for its work and offers gardening education to the community. Taken together, these initiatives address food insecurity and connect neighbors with broader supports.

The organization is small to mid-sized and relies on volunteers and a broad network of partners, including local businesses, to deliver its services. In June 2025, it announced a partnership with North Seattle College to host a program, illustrating ongoing collaboration with local institutions.
