The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown was founded in 1927 and is the first and largest regional campus of the University of Pittsburgh. 

Pitt-Johnstown offers 47 undergraduate majors and three University of Pittsburgh graduate degrees; has more than 20,000 alumni; achieves the consistent satisfaction of area employers; and gains the commendations of many external organizations, including The Princeton Review (a “Best in the Northeast” college), GI Jobs (a “Military Friendly School”), and the Corporation for National and Community Service (“President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll”).
