UWLA has two Schools: The School of Business and the School of Law. Students can earn a Bachelor of Science or a Master of Science degree in Business or Organizational Leadership. The Law School program offers a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree. The undergraduate business program is designed for those who are already engaged in their careers or want a career change and for those who seek a higher position at their current employer. 

These degree programs enable our diverse student community to obtain the practical and professional skills and knowledge to pursue and achieve their goals and dreams. Our methodologies emphasize practical experience, foundational theory, and diverse forward-thinking to promote and uplift individuals.
